Heavy wall bottle used in hybridization incubators or ovens with rotators. An alternative to plastic bags or boxes, the membrane is rolled and placed into the bottle which is secured in a rotisserie. The membrane is saturated and drained during each revolution, resulting in even exposure of the blots to probe or wash solutions. Bottle fits most hybridization equipment and has straight interior walls for easy membrane placement and removal, as well as decanting of hybridization solutions. The red plastic cap has a PTFE faced liner and a working temperature of 180°C. The blue cap has a silicone sealing ring and a working temperature of 140°C. Dual chamber bottle has a capped opening at each end with a solid glass wall in the center to divide the bottle into two equal compartments.
